The outdoor pool is currently closed. There is a security camera/recording device outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. House parties are not allowed. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and proof of age is required. The property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
