Bus stop in front of building. Assigned basement storage unit. The units have hardwood floor, living room, kitchen with eat in area, range, refrigerator. One full bath, bedroom, baseboard heaters in each unit, window A/C hook up and plenty of closet space. The buildings are secured locked, parking space in the back of the properties and off street parking. Laundry on site coin operated. Professional Landscape/Management company maintain the lawn and just installed trees, plants, court yard. Security lights around the properties. Digital keypad for the unit. Close to Library, supermarket, Westgate park, Great Weston shopping center...etc The rent $800.00 including landscaping, mowing/snow, water/trash, storage in the basement and parking permit per unit for First Come first served parking area. Tenants pay gas, electric. If there is more than one person living in the unit, there is additional $50.00/per additional person/per month in addition to the rent. For you and your neighbors' safety, everyone has to pass background check and on the lease to be able to live in our building. No pets and Non smoking building. Background check required, no drugs and violence tolerated. Severe credit, previous evictions, monies owed to other communities, felonies and/or violent crimes WOULD NOT qualify. Our current tenants are responsible and quiet adults. The property is well maintained and loved. We're proud of our properties and our respectful tenants. To qualify: $50 application fee per person. We have our own application process. We don't use zillow applicantion. (Please save your money) Must have 2 months current pay stubs showing monthly income of AT LEAST $3000,00 before tax (one or two person combined).
