The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances cookware and dining essentials. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi central air conditioning a game room with a pool table and a washer and dryer for added convenience. The private driveway offers space for one vehicle with additional parking available on the street. Optional services are available for an extra fee including pool heating recommended in colder months BBQ grill rental perfect for outdoor cookouts and theme park ticket sales to all major attractions. This peaceful upscale gated community is known for its beautiful landscaping friendly atmosphere and award-winning golf course. The community is built around the Southern Dunes Golf Course consistently ranked as one of the top public courses in Florida. Southern Dunes offers resort-style amenities including a community pool tennis courts playgrounds and walking paths. Conveniently located Southern Dunes is just south of Davenport offering easy access to major attractions such as Walt Disney World Universal Studios SeaWorld and LEGOLAND Florida. Shopping dining and essential services are just outside the entrance with a Walmart Supercenter and various restaurants and cafes nearby. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Smoking vaping and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property. Failure to comply will result in removal from the property without refund and a minimum fine of $500.00. Pets are not permitted and if discovered there is an automatic charge of $450.00 for professional cleaning and pest control services. The guest will also be asked to leave the home forfeiting their stay and any payments made. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if available. Trash must be placed in the carts provided and collected on designated days. Failure to comply will incur a $100.00 charge. Guests must abide by all community parking rules and laws and park vehicles at their own risk. The air conditioning should not be set below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing. The pool heat is an optional amenity available for an additional cost and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. The use of the pool is at the guest's own risk and children must be supervised at all times. The property is strictly for vacation use only and no events or group gatherings exceeding occupancy are allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation and must occupy the rental property for the entire term of stay. The reservation is accepted only for the number of guests declared on the original inquiry. FPS reserves the right to cancel the reservation if additional guests are added without prior consent or if the home is over-occupied.
