Knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor. The community is not pet-friendly and may request proof for service animals. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags appropriately, with a $100 fee plus tax for excessive trash left in the house.
