Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a multi-unit residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we'll do our best to provide advance notice. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. While we aim to provide reliable service, connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur. The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation without refund if there is evidence of house rule violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety, property, or quiet enjoyment of other residents.
