    Full apartment with brand new leather swivel/rocking recliners situated above our garage. You have your own entrance and share no part of your apartment or amenities. The apartment is equipped with a 30 gallon hot water heater, heating and air conditioning, full washer and dryer, induction two burner cooktop, 10.1 cubic ft refrigerator, sink, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, coffee pot, George Foreman grill, and TV with voice activated Roku and digital antenna. The bed is king size, all sheets, towels, blankets are provided. We have a nice size backyard in which our two kids (ages 5 & 7) play year round. We also have an American water spaniel puppy who uses the backyard. We are an active family and outdoors often hiking, skiing and camping . Absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment or on the property. All utilities are included in monthly rent. We can arrange monthly cleaning for an additional fee per your decision. Pets are allowed in the backyard supervised, if waste is not picked up a fee will be taken from the deposit. No smoking in the apartment or anywhere on the property. No drugs allowed in the apartment or on the property. No parties but guests are allowed after approval by owner (due to young children living on the property).
