You can bike everywhere with great ease and almost only on bike lanes or actual bike paths. * Just a few blocks from Ideal Market, and a 4-minute bike ride to Pearl Street Mall or the mountains, with no lights or traffic along the way. *This home is unfurnished, can be mostly furnished with amazing furnishings for an extra $200 per month. * House is in great shape, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout and was recently painted. * Newer, high quality clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, efficient furnace, A/C. * Large fenced yard, an organic garden, and a lot more unused garden areas, deck, and automatic sprinkler system. * Kitchen: gas stove, huge $2000 stainless steel refrigerator, granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, oven and tons of cabinet space and a sun-drenched breakfast nook overlooking the back yard. * Reverse osmosis drinking water * You won't have the cold vibe of a property management company! I own this home and I manage it personally, and I am a very kind, compassionate person with lots of integrity. * No carpet anywhere! * No cats or dogs (other pets negotiable). * This is definitely a non-smoking house and yard! (cigarettes). There is a separate unit in the basement (a legal ADU, which stands for Accessory Dwelling Unit, built w/ a City of Boulder permit). The ADU is a completely separate dwelling unit in every way, with its own separate exterior entrance, separate kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry, etc. A very quiet, kind, conscientious, professional lives in the ADU currently, and is very respectful and will give you 100% privacy. It is well-insulated and noise is not an issue. The house has wonderful energy, is in great shape, and in an amazing location. Lawn care and snow removal of the main city sidewalk are included.
