I have a great apartment available in a four unit building in Northeast. This unit has hardwood floors, all natural woodwork and tons of charm. It is a lower unit and there are ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom. It has a nice size kitchen with eat in area and vintage cupboards. The living room is large and open. There are two closets in the hallway and a nice sized bathroom. There is a storage locker in the basement and laundry available in the building next door. (Laundry is included in the rent) This building is pretty quiet, the other residents are very respectful and there is never trouble finding a parking spot out in front of the building. There is a common patio area behind the building that is shaded in the afternoon with some old growth trees. The rent is $1,300. Heat and hot water is paid. We do have garages available for $50/month. The building is on a bus line and very close to some great restaurants and coffee shops. This unit will be available October 1st.
