The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven and hot plate plus dishes and cookware for dining. The bedroom has a nice size walk-in closet, queen bed and desk with an office chair. There is a washer but no dryer on the premises downstairs for shared use, plus a laundromat about three miles from the house for larger loads. This apartment is perfect for a traveling professional, or while searching for or building your own home. There is access out our back gate to hike the State Land, and we are centrally located within 35 minutes of the quad cities, and within a couple of hours to Phoenix, the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff or Sedona. We have horses and large dogs of our own, so we can't accommodate other pets.
