In select units, a center island with a breakfast nook should catch your eye. Each bedroom has ample space, ceiling fans, sizable closets, and an attached bath. Each unit has a washer/dryer, central heat and A/C. Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per tenant, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying. The bedroom available via lease transfer rents at a rate of $720 per month. Security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent, with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Spectrum Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity. This unit is not available for renewal.
