Designed with your comfort in mind, the duplex features three beautiful bedrooms, two equipped with playful bunk beds for the young ones. Each space exudes a sense of tranquility, acting as your serene retreat after a long day of exploration. The 2.5 bathrooms are generously appointed, one including a soothing bathtub, perfect for winding down after a day full of adventures. We welcome up to two dogs with a fee of $75 per pet per stay, but kindly request they be crated when left alone. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats at the property. This ideal location keeps you minutes away from Fayetteville's top attractions. Visit the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, enjoy wholesome family fun at Lokomotion Family Fun Park, or indulge in peaceful strolls at Gulley Park. Spacious yet intimate, this duplex acts as the perfect sanctuary for the festive holiday season. Play host to warming Thanksgiving gatherings or Christmas celebrations in the lavish living spaces, surrounded by the colors of the fall foliage and the refreshing winter air. When it's time for a night out, you won't have to go far. Fayetteville's vibrant dining scene is abound with wonderful eateries. Try Leverett Lounge or Sideways for a taste of locally-crafted delights. This is a smoke-free home. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of butts. Should you smoke inside, we will have to charge you for the cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. In order to comply with local ordinances and to be good neighbors, parties or events are strictly prohibited. When approved in advance, we warmly welcome up to two housebroken dogs with an additional fee of $75 per pet per stay due to extra cleaning needs. Dogs must be crated when left alone and must be kept off the furniture. All guests must be registered to comply with local ordinances and regulations. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night of their stay. In order to cover the additional fee we must pay our cleaners, late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If you're more than 90 minutes late, we'll have to charge the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night. However, this doesn't give you the right to remain on the property for the subsequent night. Early check-ins, if not pre-arranged, are not permitted. However, if our cleaning team finishes ahead of schedule, they will notify you, and you can then check in without an extra fee. Please keep in mind that our housekeepers usually require the entire time to ensure the property meets the high standards our guests deserve. Please do not use bathroom towels to clean your bikes. If you do, we will charge you for replacing them. In order to protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware that as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our guest portal, and, in rare cases, provide a small security deposit. Your check-in instructions will not be sent until you have successfully completed the guest portal. Includes reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace offering a serene corner for all your work or study needs. A laptop computer is not included.
