I'm looking to find a tenant to fill a bedroom + private bath in this 3 bed/3.5 bath townhome. There is currently currently a couple, another individual, and a dog living in the home. First Floor Bedroom The ground floor bedroom comes furnished with a full-sized bed and end table. It's a little smaller (85 sq ft), but comes with a ceiling-mounted projector and 90" massive screen that comes down from the ceiling so there's no need to separately get a TV. This thing is awesome for watching movies, sports, or playing games. The bed is high-profile, so there is ample under-bed storage space. There's also a large closet and the private bathroom has a rainfall shower. I'm looking for chill people who enjoy nice things and are willing to take care of them. Have as much fun as you want outside, but don't bring the party home. LGBTQ+ friendly. The home furnishings are about a year old and the common areas are filled with upper-end quality furniture. There's a 2-car garage, which is rotated among the housemates, and street parking is also available. The house has central A/C+heat, in-unit washer/dryer, balcony, and you'll have access to the community pool, hot tub, and grill. Incredibly central location. 5 minutes to Mission Bay, 15 minutes to PB, La Jolla, or Downtown. Walking distance to Clairemont Village, which has Sprouts, RiteAid, Starbucks, restaurants/bars, dry cleaning, etc. You'll be responsible for a portion of the utilities, which usually comes out to between $130-170/month.
