Parties are strictly prohibited, and outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund, and guests will be held liable for any damage. Please respect the neighbors and drive carefully on the roads nearby. No loud noise is allowed from 9 pm to 9 am. Smoking is not allowed, and there will be a fine of $500 if this rule is not followed. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. Early check-in or late check-out that is unauthorized will incur a $300 penalty fee.
