Whether you are here for work, relocation, or an extended visit, this thoughtfully designed space offers a quiet and comfortable retreat with everything you need to feel right at home. Please note: Bradley Airport is currently undergoing maintenance through November 2025, which has temporarily altered flight paths. As a result, planes may fly overhead during certain times of the day. However, the home is equipped with triple-pane windows, and when closed, they significantly reduce outside noise. Lease duration: 30+ days, up to 6 months. The Owner will cover the cost of electricity (up to a cap of $200 per month), gas, internet, and water. Trash removal, sewer, snow removal, and lawn care are included through the condominium association. If the monthly electricity bill exceeds $200, the Tenant agrees to pay the overage amount. The Owner will provide a copy of the electricity bill upon request. Any overage amount is to be paid by the Tenant via Zelle or Venmo within five (5) days of receiving notice. Cleaning Fee A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 is required and must be paid by the Tenant prior to move-in. This fee will be collected alongside the security deposit. Payment must be made via Zelle or Venmo to the Owner. No pets, no smoking, and no parties allowed. One outdoor designated parking space is included in the rent. Visitor parking is also available. Tenant is responsible for regular upkeep of the apartment, including keeping it clean and taking out the garbage.
