Perfect for traveling nurses, professors, and those relocating to the South Carolina upstate. - Minimum stay one month @$1860 (or $65/day when you move in after the first or choose to leave before the end of the month) - Full payment for next month is due by 21st of the month- failure to pay signals that you plan to vacate by the last calendar date of the current month and nested feathers will begin to advertise occupancy for the coming month. - Payment is to be issued via Zelle to FourLeaf FCU- no credit or debit cards. -No overnight guests for more than 3 nights/per month and must be cleared in advance. -Tenant is responsible for any damage to property or lease violations by guests, pets -Proof of car insurance, registration and license for any cars on property. -This is a smoke-free environment: No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or within 30 ft of windows doors. -No recreational drugs of any kind allowed on the property -No candles, incense, or open flames in the apartment -No hoarding - trash must put placed in receptacles provided and removed from the apartment to disposed of in the Kirby garbage receptacle by Monday morning 11 am. - No grease, food, trash, feminine products, condoms shall be disposed of in sinks, toilets or shower drains. -Food is to be kept covered and disposed of properly to prevent vermin -No overloading of soap or clothes in the washing machine; only high efficiency laundry detergent is to be used in the washing machine. -No weapons of any kind allowed on the property. -Quiet hours between 11pm- 7am. -No mail will be received at the property. -No provided amenities should leave the property. -Violations of terms may result in expulsion with forfeiture of security. -Security will be returned 3 business days after completion of unit inspection.
