The bathroom was renovated just over 2 years ago and has updates that include a new shower surround/tub, vanity, toilet, & flooring & paint. Vinyl laminate plank & new carpeting was installed about 1 year ago. All new vinyl windows throughout the apartment. The apartment has central forced air heat and AC which makes indoor living very comfortable during any season! There is exterior lighting that illuminates the house and walkway at night that provides safe nighttime entry along with a partially fenced in backyard. Entrance has a keyless entry lock with electronic passcode for easy convenience. The rent is $1,650 per month which includes internet/wifi with a $1,200 security deposit (could be less based off credit) and a minimum 1 year lease. Tenant is responsible for electric/gas and a flat $25 fee per month for water. Prefer non smokers, working professionals and possibly pets (depends on breed).
