The community houses mostly college students (upper level undergraduate, and graduate students) and a few families with fairly young children. It is generally quiet. Free parking. Here are condo detail conditions: 2 Bedrooms with open/walk-in closet; 1.5 Bathrooms (1 toilet/sink area per room, and a shared shower area); 1 kitchen; 1 Dining/eating area; 1 Living room; Washer/dryer NOT included, but it is optional. Total area is about 890 SQ ft. Newly renovated kitchen with new luxury cabinets (dark brown color), granite counter top; granite counter top are also on bathroom washers.
