We do a lot more screening than most landlords. You must have a gross income of $3,000 per month (between all adults), and a credit score of 700 or more with no serious recent credit problems.
We require a current pay stub and W-2 from last year to confirm your income and work history.
We do not make exceptions
After you confirm that you meet those requirements, we will do a full screening that also includes eviction and criminal history.
We want people that are way done with their party years. Noise late at night or loud noise at any time that disturbs your neighbors will not be tolerated.
All adults 18 and over living in the apartment to move in without going through the same screening and being approved.
You pay the gas and electric utilities The rent is $1,200 per month and the security deposit is $1,200. We consider all non-wage sources of income that may include federal state or local rental assistance programs including section 8 housing choice vouchers and TRA temporary rental assistance, alimony, rapid rehousing, or other homelessness assistance. Veterans benefits, social security, or other retirement programs.
The building is located on 131st Street at Sheridan Avenue which is three blocks east of Kedzie and one block west of Francisco Avenue in SW Blue Island 60406
