Landlord will handle major repairs and maintenance of common areas. Utilities and Water: Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for their own utilities, including electricity, and internet/cable services. Water usage is included will not be separately billed to the tenant. It's important for tenants to manage their utility accounts and ensure timely payments to avoid any service interruptions.
