There are four additional bedrooms: one with a king-size bed located downstairs, one with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed located downstairs, two queen-size beds located upstairs, and one queen-size bed located upstairs. Enjoy luxury linens and bedding in every bedroom, with extra linens and towels provided for your stay. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
