Creatively decorated with touches of everyone's favorite Mouse, it includes a private hot tub, two onsite pools, a playground, and a lake that's perfect for early morning walks. Find some of the hidden Mickeys that have been pixie dusted throughout the home. There's lots to do for the entire family. This townhome features 3 spacious themed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a cozy living area. Enjoy the large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and spacious outdoor areas. The private hot tub and free washer/dryer add to the convenience. Located in Encantada Resort, you have free access to the community amenity center and clubhouse, including a fitness center. If you would like to add the hot tub to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the parking area in front of the property. Spaces are not assigned, first come, first serve. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. Staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a Ring camera by the front door and a camera on the back in the screened area for security purposes. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to 2 cars may park in the parking area in front of the property. Spaces are not assigned, first come, first serve. Please be extra careful with parking rules as you might risk getting towed. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
