The inside is cozy and charming, with a spiral staircase leading from the first floor to the second floor. The second floor has a double (full) size bed, and a work desk, with an ergonomic desk chair. The first floor has a kitchenette, with gas stove, apartment size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. There is an electric fireplace both upstairs and downstairs, that further creates a cozy and relaxing space. This guest house is a new build, just finished in 2022. Shared laundry room. Renter is responsible for reimbursing landlord for a electric, gas, water, trash, and Google internet, which in total runs between $100 to $150 per month.
