Carpeting and engineered hardwood floors are newly installed. Landlord/owner resides on the MAIN LEVEL OF HOME. -Maximum occupancy: 2 (excluding guests) -No smoking or vaping allowed. -No pets allowed. -Utilities included in the monthly rent are gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, and fiber optic internet/wi-fi service. -House cleaning by cleaning service occurs once every four weeks and is included in monthly rent (non-negotiable). -House rules apply and are part of the lease agreement as an addendum. -One off-street parking space (not a garage) independent of the time of year and weather conditions.
