- Cleanliness: Home should be kept clean and sanitary to prevent damage or issues with plumbing, appliances, and flooring.
- Smoking & Vaping: Not permitted inside the home. - Pets: No pets allowed unless discussed with landlord for approval (pet deposit and monthly fee will apply if approved).
- Minor Maintenance: Report issues promptly. Minor maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, batteries for smoke detectors, minor clogs) is tenant's responsibility.
- Home Alterations: No painting or alterations to the property are allowed unless approved in writing by the landlord.
- Damages: Tenant will be held responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse.
