     Management

    He was polite, but arrived to the showing 20 minutes late. Also some forewarning about the state of the rental would have been nice.

    The place was dirty in general, but the kitchen was especially filthy—the counters and stove looked like they'd been dirty for sometime. There were rodent traps and holes in the floor. Also it was pretty dark. I truly hope the property manager gets the place cleaned before future showings.
