Featuring a sparkling pool, cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, this home is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown, making it ideal for exploring all that Mobile has to offer. The pool is open year-round and is not heated. Guests enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the living room is furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a generous size island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. The open-concept dining room features a large farm table seating eight guests, and the second living area has two chairs and a futon for extra sleeping space. Off the dining space are the laundry room and half bathroom. Upstairs, find additional bedrooms and full bathrooms, including a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged. The home is located near the University of South Alabama. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if there are signs of smoking or cigarette butts found. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left. Guests must abide by all rules regarding the safe use of amenities, and by booking, waive any claims of liability against the homeowner or property management entity related to the use of these amenities.
