Both units share a front porch and basement with storage units. Tenant pays their own utilities. Yard maintenance is the tenant's responsibility (mostly mowing and snow removal). Pets are not preferred but will be accepted on a case by case bases. Dogs, cats, and other pets require a pet deposit that is refundable given no damage is done.
