The second floor features a queen bedroom and full bath, and the third floor has a loft queen bedroom with balcony. There's central heat/air and TVs on the first and second floors. Laundry room is off the fenced-in patio Pets will be considered, but must be approved.

Ideal for 2-3 people, but will sleep 4. Please note- access to the loft area is through the primary bedroom.
Rentals are subject to accommodation/hospitality tax.
Damage deposit and deep cleaning fee of $350 will be applied to all stays.
Pet fee of $125 per pet will be applied, and damage deposit will increase by $500
Utilities included. Ideal tenant will have great credit, proof of income, rental references. ID required. Short term lease signing required. No establishing residency.
