The 2nd floor offers the same with one huge bedroom and one standard bedroom. Tons of storage is a bonus.
The deck offers a lake view and we have had solid renters here over the last 8 years who typically stay for 2 to 4 years.
Some off street parking and walking distance to bus stop on 4th. Easy stroll to Sir Benedicts, Whole Foods Co-OP or Fitgers.

If you are rowdy and like to have tons of people over, don't even consider renting this unit. It will save us lots of trouble. The lower unit is rented by professionals and we need to keep the noise level down since this unit is a combination of hardwood floors in the common areas and carpet in the bedroom.
We perform a detailed credit and criminal background check. Will allow co signors for students. Minimum income guidelines apply for non students. Ideally, 3 times the rent or more. Good credit as well.
