Looking for a subleaser for our apartment ASAP! Sublease would run from Jan 2026 - July 2026 with the option to renew. We currently live at South Meadow by Artisan Ames across the street from Aldi and the Boys & Girls Club. It's a great location for college students since it has access to shops all around! About a 5 minute drive from Downtown Ames and a 2 minute drive from Walmart/Target. Bus routes are in walking distance. For inquiries with children, there are two ACSD bus stops close by the building. Details below Estimated move-in: January 1st, but can be flexible Rent: $1,534/month (base is $1,470 + 2 covered, private parking spaces + Rent Credit Reporting program) You can opt out of extras if you'd like. Renter's insurance is required. The office has a plan where you can opt in for $12/month. Space: 3 bed/2 bath (one bedroom attached to a master bathroom). Dishwasher, glass top stove, washer/dryer in unit, pet friendly , walk-in closet, and central air. Unit has free 1G internet through ICS (their top plan) and access to their courtyard with picnic benches and community grill. You can message me for a tour or go through Artisan Ames.
