The home has over 1,500 square feet of living space, which includes three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two-car attached garage, LOTS of storage space, laundry room with washer/dryer and a fully finished basement! The kitchen includes granite countertops and all new fixtures and appliances . The development also has a private walking path that connects to the scenic Maple Highlands trail. Tennant to pay for all utilities, which includes electric and water/sewer, and trash removal. Association fees are included in the monthly rent, which covers snowplowing and lawn/landscaping care. A split level air/heating unit has also recently been included. Some furniture to remain at the home (if tenant so chooses to keep or need it). Due at signing is the first month's rent plus a security deposit of $2,100. Small dogs only (no cats) with pet deposit of $600. Non-smoking property. Background checks, references and job verification will be performed on all potential tenants. Property subject to inspection by landlord and/or designated property manager every 2 months. Cars must be parked on the garage or in designated community parking spaces. The outside property must be kept free of clutter. Any HOA complaints that are subject to a fine will be charged against tenant and may result in eviction if tenant fails to address ongoing complaints. HOA policy will be provided for review and signature as a part of the landlord/tenant lease. If tenant fails to disclose the presence of a pet (of any kind) the landlord will require an immediate deposit in the amount of $600; failure to pay pet deposit and/or disclose a pet that is subject to a pet deposit may result in termination of lease. Tenant is to disclose any and all issues with the quiet use and enjoyment of leasing property to landlord immediately. This may include, but is not limited to, problems with plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.
