     Property

    Old building, ok shape; everything seemed dirty and disorganized. Hallways smelled musty and smoky. The unit itself smelled as if it had been smoked in for years. Needed paint on all walls, all window sills. Not worth the advertised rent.

     Management

    Management team seemed professional. Their office is right in the building. Not sure what the realtor (full month rent) is for.
