Apartment Features: Established shade trees make for a cool shared backyard and add character to this 1930's era house. Located on the first floor this unit features one bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of cabinets and storage space built-in. Refinished hardwood floors. Bright and comfortable interior. Dogs and cats are permitted. Heat is included with the price of rent. Parking is available on the street. Washer and dryer on-site. Apartment Leasing Instructions In order to hold an apartment for rent we'll need: A deposit equal to one month's rent. This will be used as your last month's rent. Deposit instructions: Deposit includes one month's rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application. Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident. At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month's rent and any prorated amount for early move-in. All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application. Rental requirements We require you make 3X the monthly rent 1 year of Pittsburgh area employment 1 year of Pittsburgh area rental history Every applicant must qualify individually unless married. Full time students must have a cosigner. Pet policy Limit of 2 pets per unit Must be listed on renters insurance Must be spayed or neutered no pet deposit $25 pet rent per pet per month Flexible Lease Terms: 6 months, 9 months, 12 months or 12+ months
