Description: This is one of two apartments in a large, 5000 + square foot, beautiful home. The space is 1,699 sq feet, approx the size of a house! There is one tenant on the top floor (a middle floor space separates the apartments also). Large outdoor Space with unbelieveable views: The expansive outdoor living area with an unobstructed high bank waterfront views. The outdoor area is approx 1,300 sq ft and with both a large, covered deck, open space, additional attached crows nest lookout deck and a hot tub! The deck also has a covered, lighted, cooking area. Unique specimen trees and plants highlightt the thoughful, beautful area. Views: There is an approx 200 degree view of the Puget Sound, Vashon and Maury Island, and the Olympic Mountains. Beach Access: You will have access to a community trail to a private, sandy beach about a mile North of Dask Point State Park. INSIDE: The indoor living space has hardwood floors throughout. One of the bedrooms has hardwood floors, the other is carpet. Views from almost every room. The master bathroom is pure luxury...Mable, vishy shower and jetted soaking tub. There are two side by side sinks in the master bathroom. The living room offers livable, lovely space with lots of natural light, large windows, and views of the beautiful yard, deck, and Puget Sound. There is a gas fireplace framed with marble and detailed with intent. GARAGE: Possible, with increase in rent. The circular driveway offers ample parking space. Pet Policy: Dog and or cat will be considered on approval (there will be an additional amount added onto the rent). The front yard is fully fenced and secure for dogs. There is also an additional, non-refundable dog fee. Easy access for commuting & travel: Ten minutes from I-5 (Federal Way) and 25 minutes to Sea Tac Airport. First & last month + $2699 deposit required+ $40 (per person) non-refundable application fee required at move in. May be divided over the first two to three months (with over 10 month lease).
