Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. Free street permit parking is available for one car. Additional street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night.
The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market. The Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium are a short drive away. The home also provides easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the home's central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
