The house is cozy and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Off-street parking is available for 1 car. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300, based on stay length. Alexandria, Virginia, is a city on the Potomac River, just south of Washington, DC. It's known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are restricted (Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds). Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
