Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay.

The Short North District is literally less than a minute walk away, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Kroger Food Market, the downtown Columbus area, and Ohio State University campus are all less than 1 mile away. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
