This was my home since 2022. Upon move in all the appliances were new, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and the water heater. The rugs were also new in 2022 and have been washed yearly. There is electric central air conditioning and heating. The bathroom was tiled in 2023 and everything is freshly painted as of 2022.
It is very spacious with the cathedral ceilings in the living room giving it a bigger feel. In house washer and dryer is a major plus in rental units.
Only 15 minutes to EB, Pfizer, Groton Sub-base, and coast guard academy. Only minutes away from downtown East Lyme and Niantic, as well as only 20 minutes from Mystic. Very close to Westerly and Rhode Island beaches. Being a resident in Waterford also allows for free access to Waterford Beach Park.
Utilities will be separate from monthly rent which is only water and electric.
No smoking allowed. Small dogs and cats will be permitted. Utilities will be separate from rent. You will have a designated parking spot with up to 2 guests parking. More Detailed information will be within the lease.
