Repairs: Tenants must report any damages or needed repairs promptly. Any damage caused by the Tenant, guests, or pets will be repaired at the Tenant's expense. Inspection and Condition: The property will be inspected before move-in, and a checklist will be completed to note the condition of the property. Tenants must return the property in the same condition, minus normal wear and tear. Termination: Early termination of this lease requires written notice of 60 days and is subject to a penalty of $1,100. Failure to comply with the terms of this lease may result in termination and forfeiture of the security deposit.
