Apartment is unfurnished - pictures are from previous tenant. This apartment is the upstairs portion of the house, has it's own entrance and kitchen and it totally separate from the downstairs unit. It is upstairs, so tenant must be able to use stairs. If you wish to see it, I need to have an application. Landlord pays electricity/water/trash
