Originally set up as a short stay rental, this apartment is now available for medium term leases of 30 to 180 days, with flexibility for longer stays. This apartment is available for one to six month leases with the option to extend beyond that period. A 30-day minimum stay is required. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, including electricity, water, gas, trash service, and high-speed internet. Off-street parking for up to two vehicles is included at no additional cost. Renters insurance is required for all tenants. The property is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and marijuana. Pets are not allowed. The property owners handle all maintenance and outdoor care, allowing tenants to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay.
