All applications, including those submitted prior to the designated acceptance date and time, will be treated in accordance with the Portland FAIR ordinance. A non-refundable screening fee of $80 per adult is required to apply for this unit. Factors considered as part of the screening process will include rental history, ability to pay, and criminal background in accordance with all applicable laws. This is NOT an accessible dwelling unit. No pets allowed and no smoking on premises. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A TOUR OF THIS UNIT: tours are by appointment only. The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau's Statement of Applicant Rights. Additionally, Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a Tenant's right to request a Modification or Accommodation. Both forms will be provided when an application is sent. One year lease. No smoking on entire premises. No pets allowed. Resident pays for electricity. No parking provided with lease. At move-out, any cleaning required that is over the amount of $250 will be deducted from security deposit.
