Upstairs has the master bedroom with queen bed, and a second bedroom next door with a full size bed. Both rooms open to a private sunny deck!
A third bedroom and private bathroom are downstairs with a queen bed.
Perfect as a year round rental for one or two families with parking for up to 4 cars.
The home is directly off the West Vail exit on the south side of the highway. The house has a one car garage and 3 additional parking spaces in front of the duplex.
