This is the upstairs one-bedroom unit above a 3 bedroom unit. The living room and bedroom are carpeted. The kitchen and Bathroom have laminate flooring. Washer, Dryer, Stove, and Refrigerator are included in the unit. The tenant pays all utilities but we are open to paying the Utilities with a proper rent adjustment. We are open to a shorter lease if you are interested.
The application fee is $55 per adult to be living in the property. Applicants are processed in a first come first run order and the first applicant to pass the check is offered the property. An escrow payment of one month's rent is due within 24 hours of being offered the property to reserve your place or we will move on to run the next applicant. A fully executed lease must be completed within 7 days of offering the property. Rent starts immediately regardless of when you intend to move in. The escrow is nonrefundable if you back out but becomes your deposit upon activation of the lease. We require the first month's rent and deposit to move in, Last month's rent must be paid upfront or on a payment plan over the first 6 months of the lease. Last month's rent is to be used when you give a 30-day notice of intent to move after the initial lease is completed. Once your lease is up we do not require a new lease as we will allow you to continue on a month-to-month basis.
