    Good place. Positives: *AC: central for heating & cooling *Exhaust fans: -Yes in kitchen -Yes in bathroom *Yes bathtub *Cabinets in kitchen have good amount of space *Huge closet by bathroom *2 sinks with drawers in bathroom *Big Window: good sunlight for plants *Lots of space *No neighbor upstairs, so no need to worry about hearing their footsteps on my ceiling. *Laundromat real close. *Mostly tile, except carpet in bedroom However, I found another place better feng shui and just really good energy inside. And a nice angled wood ceiling. So I'll probably go with that, but this place is good. 3rd on my list of 6.
