The Space This apartment is located above an active marina and craft brewery, accessible via a flight of stairs (17 stairs total). Once you reach the top, you'll be greeted with panoramic views of the Allegheny River and the surrounding area. Please note, there are two staircases to access the apartment: one with 11 steps and the other with 10 refer to the photos for clarity. Enjoy direct access to the river and the endless adventures right outside your door. Explore Sycamore Island, Plum Creek, or simply unwind by the calm waters of the Allegheny River. Prefer to stay dry? Relax on the deck and take in the "lake-like" views and stunning sunsets. The marina is a lively spot, featuring a brewery on the first floor, live music, food trucks, and frequent pop-up events. Noise & Marina Activity Please note that this is an active marina, so you may hear sounds from kayak and SUP rentals throughout the week, as well as occasional motorboat activity. On weekends, the brewery hosts live music and pop-up events, adding to the lively atmosphere.
