Will be available to move in on December 15 2025. *Lease Terms: - Will require first, security and last month rent total of 3600$ -One cat will be allowed in the unit. - Tenants will be responsable for water bill and electric. -Please note you must obtain Renters Insurance that includes Liability to Landlord Insurance with a minimum of $100K coverage for your new address. *Applicant Qualifications: -Verifiable monthly income of at least 3X the rent. Unverifiable income will not be considered. -A credit score of 650+ is preferred, but we might consider credit scores of 600+. Credit scores of under 600 MIGHT (no guarantees) be considered with a co-signer and/or with an increased security deposit. -Nothing in collections/past due is preferred, but might be considered depending on the types of accounts and the amount unpaid/outstanding. -No prior evictions. -No criminal record is preferred, but depending on the offense might be considered. -We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application) -The application fee is 50$ is NON-REFUNDABLE, so please call or email BEFORE applying. -Submitting an application does not render automatic approval. -Applications are reviewed in the order they were received following the FHA Guidelines
