Hey there! I've got a great two-bedroom apartment available for rent starting in August! It's got a kitchen, bathroom, and even parking super convenient, right? Water's included (yay!), but you'll be responsible for electricity and garbage disposal. The rent is $1250 a month. Normally, the security deposit is 1.5 months' rent, but for August only, I'm offering a special deal: you can move in with just the first month's rent ($1250) and one month's security deposit ($1250), for a total of $2500.
