With all new mattresses, 400 thread ct linens, private balcony to dine watching the sunset, in unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, bbq grill and communal yard-you'll have everything for a relaxing & restorative stay. This unit is located in Ocean City's historic district steps from positively 4th coffee, soulberri smoothies and Annies carousel. This bright and cozy unit has recently been refurnished with a luxurious sofa, new beds, plush queen mattresses and a new POLYWOOD dining set & rugs for the porch. This unit is located on the 3rd floor with stair entry only. If you are unable to do stairs this unit may not be a fit for you. Enjoy a slow morning with organic coffee (provided) or dinner al fresco on the tree lined private porch with a full dining set and conversation set on the opposite end. Guests have commented this is a "room" of its own with roller shades to shield the afternoon sun - you'll also catch beautiful skies during evening sunsets. The bathroom offers a full tub for bathing littles with updated modern tile. White fluffy turkish cotton 600gsm bath linens are provided. All queen beds have white 400 thread count cotton linens and crisp white quilts. The front bedroom offers a nightstand with charging station and the 2nd, slightly larger, bedroom has QUEEN bunk beds that are suitable for adults or kids. (please note we've had adults sleep in the top bunk with no problem but take note of 7" ceilings- one may come in contact with the ceiling. ) The kitchen is FULLY equipped for all your cooking needs including a nutribullet for smoothie lovers and coffee lovers can choose from a Keurig (organic k cups provided), drip coffee or a French press. If you're in the mood to grill, you may use the charcoal Weber grill in the communal yard. Flexible month to month option for winter rental through April 30th, 2026. Owner pays water bill.
