Situated in Temple Terrace's historic golf course community, this home offers a private screened pool heated year-round at no extra charge and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The Grandview was designed with both connection and comfort in mind. It features 5 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with Smart TVs, fresh linens, and ample storage. The 5 sparkling full baths come with updated fixtures and plenty of towels. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, abundant cookware, and a coffee bar set-up. The open-concept living and dining areas include a large dining table, streaming-ready Smart TV, and natural light throughout. Outdoor living is enhanced with a screened pool, lounge chairs, shaded lanai, propane grill, and an al fresco dining area. Extras include a washer/dryer, dedicated workspace for remote work, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay for up to 30 days. Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Permits for professional video or photography can be requested for an additional fee. Nestled in the heart of Temple Terrace, The Grandview sits just across from the historic Temple Terrace Golf Course. This central location makes it easy to explore Tampa Bay's top attractions, with Busch Gardens and Adventure Island just 10 minutes away, the University of South Florida (USF) 10 minutes away, ZooTampa at Lowry Park 20 minutes away, and Downtown Tampa and Amalie Arena 20 minutes away. Clearwater Beach is a 45-minute drive, and local restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences are just minutes away. Your stay is completely private, but our trusted partner is just a message or call away if you need anything. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM in this residential community. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, and a designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Upon booking, you will receive a link to our secure Guest Check-In Form, which must be fully completed prior to check-in to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited, and only designated parking areas should be used. Unfortunately, cats are not accepted in this home due to severe allergies. A maximum of two house-trained, groomed pets are allowed with prior notification. Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. Post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional charges. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for safety and are not actively monitored. Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors when leaving the property. Trash sorting is required, and valet trash service is provided. Allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve any reported issues or missing amenities. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and loud music and disruptive noise are prohibited during these hours. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, and additional guests must be approved in advance. Dispose of sanitary products in bins provided to avoid plumbing issues, which may incur fees. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Pool rules include no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, and children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Food, drinks, glass, and pets are not allowed in the pool area. Do not run, dive, or smoke around the pool, and do not use the pool during lightning storms. Guests are not permitted to use or add any chemicals to the pool. AC usage should be maintained between 68-80F, and setting the AC below 68F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients, though a starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund. Report any damages or incidents promptly for a smooth stay. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work and high-speed Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
